On 12 December 2019, CEDI Europe B.V. signed a contract with the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ) on behalf of the Government of Jamaica. The project is financed from the EDF (European Funds) under no. FED/2019/410-653. The scope of the contract is the supply, commissioning and after sales services (including end user training) of Medical Equipment for Neonatal and Maternal High Dependency Units to the Program for Reduction of Maternal and Child Mortality (PROMAC), to be delivered to 8 major regional hospitals. The supply includes amongst others critical care ventilators, infant incubators, patient monitors, critical care beds, fetal monitors, transport ventilators, and infant care centers.
